— by commissioning me, the customer agrees to the items listed below. any statement, however, could change if previously discussed.
GENERAL
⠀01⠀⠀ please be respectful. ill behavior won't be tolerated and the commission will be cancelled if it occurs.⠀02⠀⠀ references must be clear and descriptions preferably detailed, don't be afraid to get lengthy ! the more I have to work with, the better.⠀03⠀⠀ I reserve the right to refund, cancel or reject a commission if:— any of these term are broken.
— I can't complete the order.⠀04⠀⠀ commissions are for personal use only. to discuss and purchase commercial rights, email me at [email protected].
PAYMENT
⠀05⠀⠀ all commissions must be paid upfront unless the order is $300+. in this case, payment can be split and completed after the piece( s ) are finished.⠀06⠀⠀ once the order has been accepted, an invoice will be sent with ten days due date. please let me know if more time is needed; otherwise the order will be cancelled once the invoice expires.⠀07⠀⠀ customers will be added to the active queue on a ' first pay, first served ' basis. to check the progress and position on the list, click here.
PROCESS
⠀08⠀⠀ commissions can take from one week to three months to be completed, depending on health, complexity, queue order and similar matters. please don't rush me, any attempt to fasten the process will result in a cancellation.⠀09⠀⠀ customer-set deadlines are not available, do not insist.⠀10⠀⠀ 3 process pictures will be sent by default, one per stage ( sketching, coloring, shading ). the client can request more if so they desire.⠀11⠀⠀ minor changes ( like color adjustment, marking mistakes, etc ) can be requested at any point for free. anything major ( such as different pose, clothing or anything that requires a redraw of sorts ) will have an additional cost depending on complexity.
ETC
⠀12⠀⠀ every piece will be posted publicly for promotional purposes. if the client wants the artwork to be anonymous ( username excluded ) or private ( for an additional fee ) they can request it in the form.⠀13⠀⠀ last but not least, give credit where is due. any attempt to pass the artwork as the customer's effort will be considered theft, a fault that will get them blacklisted and exposed to warn other artists.

— humans / humanoids.— animal / monster traits.— anthro / semi-monster.— canon and original characters.— nudity.— nsfw.— blood / gore.
⠀ WON'T DRAW⠀
— underage / child-like characters in suggestive / sexual situations.— mecha.— animals.— hard fetishes ( vore, watersports, etc ).

prices
— price will vary depending on the character and piece's complexity, the final cost will be properly detailed before sending the invoice.
— pieces come with a simple background, detailed scenery is not available for now.— additional characters in the same piece cost 75% of the flat rate.
